TURNING POTENTIAL INTO PROOF
Building the future of talent development
LinkedUp is the world's first social learning and talent platform built to measure what resumes can’t. We help student-athletes develop and prove the skills employers care about most.

90%
of college graduates completed at least one internship. Most student-athletes can't get internships or entry-level jobs.
WHY LINKEDUP?
STEP 1
Baseline Signals
Every Athlete starts by establishing a baseline across key real-world traits. This isn’t a resume review or personality test—it’s a starting point that helps measure growth over time, not judge potential on day one.
ATHLETES
STEP 2
Scored Practice Scenarios
Athletes engage in short, realistic scenarios designed to surface how they think, communicate, collaborate, and take initiative. Responses are evaluated based on behavior and decision-making, not memorization.
STEP 3
Community & Peer Signals
Learning happens in the open. Engagement in discussions, collaboration with peers, and consistency in the Hallway add another layer of signal that reflects leadership and accountability.
STEP 4
Hallway Signal Score
All demonstrated behaviors combine into a clear, visible signal that reflects what Athletes have actually proven—not what they claim on a resume.
STEP 5
Employer Matching & Visibility
Each Athlete's Hallway Signal reflects their unique strengths and growth. Employers don’t just see top performers—they discover individuals whose demonstrated traits align with what they’re actually looking for, creating better-fit opportunities on both sides.
Competitive Advantage in Recruiting
LinkedUp gives universities a clear differentiator in recruiting. Coaches can tell recruits and parents that development doesn’t stop at the field or the classroom—student-athletes actively build real-world skills, leadership traits, and career readiness throughout their college experience.
Preparing Athletes for Life After College
LinkedUp supports the often-promised but rarely delivered goal of developing athletes for life after sport. Through real scenarios, discussion, and reflection, student-athletes practice communication, decision-making, accountability, and leadership in ways that translate directly to careers.
Measurable Growth
Instead of checking boxes, LinkedUp creates visible signals of growth. Universities gain a structured way to show how athletes develop over time—backed by engagement, consistency, and demonstrated behaviors rather than vague claims.
Stronger Employer & Alumni Connections
LinkedUp helps universities strengthen relationships with employers, alumni, and partners by surfacing student-athletes who are actively developing professional traits. This creates better alignment between campus development and post-graduate outcomes.
LinkedUp helps universities turn athlete development into a recruiting advantage, a development system, and a measurable outcome—without adding complexity for coaches or staff.
UNIVERSITIES
Real Signals Before the Interview
Instead of relying on self-reported skills, employers see demonstrated behaviors—how athletes solve problems, communicate, collaborate, and stay consistent over time.
Faster, Better-Fit Hiring
LinkedUp helps recruiters focus on candidates whose demonstrated traits align with what they actually need, reducing time spent screening and increasing quality of conversations.
Context Before the Resume
Hallway Signals provide context resumes can’t—growth trajectory, engagement, leadership presence, and how someone shows up when no one is grading them.
Confident Outreach
When employers connect with candidates on LinkedUp, it’s backed by visible proof—not guesswork—making outreach more intentional and conversations more productive.
LinkedUp helps employers move from screening credentials to identifying real capability.

ABOUT
Meet the Founder
Meet Lawson Hall, the founder of LinkedUp. Before building this platform, he spent years in high-performance environments where leadership, accountability, and service weren’t abstract ideas—they were daily expectations.
Lawson is a former Division I football player at the University of Nevada, where he earned two All-Conference honors and became the first unanimously voted team captain in program history. He was also named to the Wuerffel Trophy watch list—recognizing college football players who combine athletic excellence, academic achievement, and community service—and later received the Humanitarian Award at the Idaho Potato Bowl for leadership and service efforts off the field.
Academically, he majored in Finance, minored in Economics, and earned his Master's in Business Administration. After college, he transitioned into the corporate world, where he was promoted multiple times, from a manager trainee to a senior manager in just two years—an experience that gave him firsthand insight into how organizations identify, develop, and promote talent.
LinkedUp exists because he has seen the gap from every angle: as an athlete, a student, a leader, and an operator. It’s built on the belief that real potential is proven through behavior, consistency, and contribution—not just credentials on a resume.

THE HALLWAY
LinkedUp doesn't replace the classroom. It finally gives the Hallway the attention it deserves.
Traditional learning happens in the classroom—lectures, videos, and assignments delivered in isolation. But growth doesn’t happen there. It happens in the Hallway, where people talk, challenge ideas, apply what they learned, and show how they think in real situations.
LinkedUp’s Hallway is where that learning becomes visible. Through discussion, real-world scenarios, and consistent engagement, athletes turn learning into real signals employers can trust.
The classroom delivers information. The Hallway proves understanding.

ANWERS
Common questions, clear answers
What services do you provide?
I focus on brand identity, digital design, packaging, and launch visuals. Most projects combine several of these into one clear, focused engagement.
How does working together usually start?
We begin with a short call to understand your goals, timeline, and fit. If it feels right, I'll follow up with a proposal and scope.
How long does a project take?
Simple identity refreshes can take 2–3 weeks. Full brand systems with multiple applications usually run 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and feedback speed.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Each project includes structured feedback rounds so we can refine the work together without endless back-and-forth.
What types of clients do you work with?
I collaborate with early-stage startups, established brands, and independent creators who value good design and clear communication.
What is your pricing structure?
Projects are priced per scope, not per hour. After our initial conversation, I'll outline options so you can choose the level that fits your needs and budget.
Can you work with my existing logo or brand?
Absolutely. We can extend or refine your current identity — tightening the system, updating applications, and creating guidelines.
